Reaching The R24 Support Desk
Live chat is open around the clock and answers in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese, with Telegram and WhatsApp as the other two routes in. A question about a specific deposit or payout is quickest on live chat, because the desk can see the request in front of them. Anything that needs a document photo goes faster on WhatsApp. What the round trip looks like is on R24 Malaysia.
Live chat, for anything about money
Live chat is open 24 hours and it is the right channel for a deposit that has not landed or a withdrawal you want to trace. The reason is simple: the desk can see the transaction while you are talking to them, so there is nothing to describe and no reference to look up.
Most deposits clear in under a minute and most payouts in about six minutes, so a query usually means something specific has happened rather than that the queue is long. The one predictable exception is the 21:00 to 23:30 peak, when a payout can take up to twenty minutes.
The desk answers in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
WhatsApp, for documents
Lifting a KYC tier means sending a photo, and WhatsApp is where a photo attaches cleanly without being compressed into unreadability. Tier 2 needs MyKad front and back, or a passport page, and takes the daily ceiling to RM15,000. Tier 3 adds a payout account in that same name and takes it to RM60,000.
Both are worth doing before you need them rather than in the middle of a payout. Tier 1, which is the account as it opens, pays up to RM2,500 a day and covers most sessions.
The documents each tier needs are listed on R24 register.
Telegram, for everything else
Telegram suits the questions that are not urgent and not about a specific transaction: how a turnover requirement is weighted, which tier you are on, whether a particular studio is live tonight. Replies come in the same three languages.
It is also the easiest channel for a long question, because you can write it out properly rather than in a chat box that submits on enter.
Every multiplier and ceiling is already written down on R24 promotion, which answers most offer questions without needing to ask.
What to have ready when you open a chat
The mobile number on the account, and for a cashier question the reference on a transfer. With those two the desk can see the deposit, the turnover standing against an open offer and the withdrawal queue.
A password reset is self-service from the sign-in screen with a code to the number on the account, and it takes about a minute. Changing the phone number itself is a support job, because it is the field the whole account verifies against.
What carries over between sessions, and the fastest way back in if you are locked out, is on R24 login.
When to expect a wait
The desk is busiest when the cashier is, which is the 21:00 to 23:30 window on a weekday and longer at the weekend. That is also when a payout can take up to twenty minutes rather than the usual about six minutes.
If the question is not urgent, asking it outside that window gets a faster answer. If it is about a payout inside that window, the honest answer is usually that the request is in the queue and moving.
Which rail clears fastest, and what the ceiling is on each, is set out on R24 e-wallet.
