R24 E-Wallet: Speed And Ceiling On Every Rail
Ten rails carry money into this account and the same ones carry it back out. RM20 is the floor on all of them, RM40 is the floor coming back, and nothing charges a fee in either direction. What differs is speed: the e-wallets and DuitNow QR clear in under a minute, the bank rails are a minute or two behind on a busy evening. The whole round trip is on R24 Malaysia.
18+ only. RM20 in, RM40 out, no fee either way.

- Pick the rail by speed
DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, Boost and GrabPay settle instantly. FPX and bank transfers lag slightly.
- Send from RM20
No upper limit on a single deposit, and no fee on any amount on any rail.
- Keep the name matching
The payout can only go back to an account in your own name, so use your own wallet in.
- Lift the ceiling if you need it
Tier 1 pays RM2,500 a day. MyKad or a passport takes it to RM15,000, plus a matching payout account to RM60,000.
The four instant rails
DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay all settle instantly at the bank's end, so the balance moves in under a minute. On a phone that means scanning or confirming and then being in a game before the screen has finished loading.
DuitNow QR is the one most Malaysian players reach for, because it works from any bank app and the QR removes the step of typing an account number. Touch 'n Go is the closest second and has the advantage of a balance you were probably already holding.
RM20 is the floor on all four and there is no fee at any amount. If you are funding a slip mid-match or a cannon room mid-boss, these are the four to use.
FPX and the bank transfers
FPX and direct transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank are the other six rails. They clear reliably and they are a minute or two behind the e-wallets on a busy evening, because the settlement runs through the bank's own queue rather than instantly.
For a deposit you are making before you sit down, that difference does not matter. For a deposit you are making because the handicap moved, it does.
There is no fee on any of them and RM20 is still the floor. Players who deposit a few hundred at a time often prefer the bank rails simply because the money is already sitting in a current account rather than in a wallet.
Four rails clear in under a minute because they settle at the bank's end rather than ours: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Make sure the name on the wallet matches the account name, and a payout later follows it without a question.
Coming back out: same rails, one extra rule
A withdrawal uses the same rails and starts at RM40. The median to a DuitNow account is about six minutes, there is no fee, and there is no cap on how many requests you make in a day.
The one extra rule is the name. A payout can only go to an account in the same name as the player, which is why the account you deposit from should be your own. If you want to be paid somewhere else, change the payout account on the profile and let it verify before you submit a request.
Between 21:00 and 23:30 the queue is at its longest and a payout can take up to twenty minutes. That is the honest ceiling on a busy night.
The ceiling is a KYC figure, not a rail figure
No rail caps what you can take out. The daily ceiling comes from the KYC tier on the account: RM2,500 at Tier 1, RM15,000 at Tier 2 and RM60,000 at Tier 3. Choosing a different e-wallet does not raise or lower it.
Tier 1 is the account as it opens, on a verified Malaysian mobile number alone. Tier 2 adds MyKad front and back, or a passport page. Tier 3 adds a payout account in the same name as that ID.
A single withdrawal above RM15,000 also goes to a person for a manual check before it leaves, which is a review of the account rather than a hold. The documents each tier needs are on R24 register.
Internet banking through FPX and a direct bank transfer run a minute or two behind on a busy evening. There is no currency exchange step and no US dollar leg: real money gambling here is a ringgit purchase of credit and a ringgit payout back, and no card details are stored.
Which rail suits which bank
If your main account is Maybank or CIMB, DuitNow QR from the bank app is the quickest route and the one with the fewest steps. If you keep a working balance in Touch 'n Go or GrabPay, paying from the wallet avoids touching the bank at all.
Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong all support DuitNow as well, and the direct transfer option exists for anyone who prefers it. Boost sits with the wallets on speed.
Whichever you pick, it is the same RM20 floor and the same single ringgit balance on the other side, reaching 1,780+ titles from 33 studios with no transfer step. What that balance covers is on R24 casino.
What a deposit does and does not commit you to
Money in is not money committed. A RM20 deposit with the 120% match declined can be withdrawn at RM40 the same minute it arrives, with nothing played through and nothing forfeited.
Accepting the match is what changes that. The bonus portion then waits on a 15x turnover counter, though your own deposit is still free to leave. Cancelling the bonus forfeits the bonus and nothing else.
Every later deposit is offered the 20% daily reload instead, at 10x with a RM600 ceiling. The multiplier and ceiling on every offer are listed on R24 promotion.
A deposit commits you to nothing. You can gamble a single spin, watch a match and place one wager on it, or leave the balance alone, and the outcome of a hand is the only thing that moves it. Online gambling is real money from the first round, which is why a prize from a daily draw lands as cash rather than as credit.
Three small withdrawals or one large one
Because there is no fee and no daily request limit, taking out RM40 three times costs exactly what taking out RM120 once costs, which is nothing. That matters more than it sounds: it means you can clear a win off the account in pieces as you go rather than leaving it sitting in a playable balance.
The only thing size changes is the manual check above RM15,000 and the daily tier ceiling. Below those, a withdrawal behaves the same at any amount.
Whatever you leave in the balance keeps earning the 0.7% daily rebate as you stake it, which is paid as cash and carries no requirement. The arithmetic is on R24 online casino.
Funding from the app
The cashier inside the app runs the same ten rails and the same RM20 floor, and on a phone it is usually fewer taps than the browser because the wallet app is one switch away. The app is 38MB and currently version 3.1.0.
Nothing about the balance differs between app and browser, because there is only one balance. A deposit made in the app is immediately spendable in a mobile browser and the other way round.
Install, update behaviour and making a first deposit from inside the app are set out on R24 APK.
Paying from inside the app is the same four rails however you installed it, Google Play or the App Store or the APK file. A bookmaker slip, a reel and a dealt table all draw on that one balance, so a sport bet funded at half time needs no transfer screen. Responsible Gambling in the menu is where the deposit cap lives, and it is worth setting before a long evening rather than during one; a fun hour is one whose size you decided in advance.

Questions players ask
Which rail is fastest?
DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay all clear in under a minute because they settle instantly at the bank's end. FPX and direct bank transfers are a minute or two behind on a busy evening.
Is there a fee on any of them?
No, on any of the ten rails, in either direction, at any amount. RM20 is the deposit floor and RM40 is the withdrawal floor, and three small withdrawals cost the same as one large one.
Does the rail I choose affect my withdrawal limit?
No. A rail sets speed, not size. What moves the ceiling is a document: a verified mobile number for the first step, MyKad front and back or a passport page for the second. A single request over RM15,000 goes for a manual check whichever rail it is heading to.
Can I deposit from one wallet and withdraw to another?
Both have to be in your own name, which is exactly what Tier 3 verification checks: the Tier 2 ID plus a payout account matching it. Beyond that the two directions are independent, so depositing by e-wallet and being paid to a bank is normal.
How long does a payout take at peak?
Up to twenty minutes between 21:00 and 23:30, against a median of about six minutes at other hours. There is no working-hours window, so a request at two in the morning settles at the median.
Is there a limit on a single deposit?
No upper limit on a deposit on any rail. RM20 is the only threshold. The ceiling applies to withdrawals and comes from the KYC tier rather than from the rail.
